Items with opened or damaged packaging

Where do your items ship from?

Our fulfilment center is located at Atlanta, GA. All items ordered through our site will ship from Atlanta, GA. 

What countries do you ship to?

We ship our products in U.S only. 

What shipping methods do you use?
UPS Ground Service only. It normally takes 3-5 business days except West Coast Area. West Coast Areas may take 5-7 business days. Order placed after 12pm EST on Friday will be received next business day (Monday) 
Do I have to pay the return shipping fees?
Yes. You will be responsible to any return fees to get the products back to us.

Please email info@femicollection.com to arrange your return. We will the provide you with the address for you to send products back to us.  
Shipping dates will be affected due to the Holiday season?
Yes.  
When will my order be shipped?

Typically, orders are shipped the next working day after you place your order.

Do you provide tracking numbers?

Yes. If we are sending your order tracking number via email that you provided us on your log in.

Do you accept refunds?

No. We don’t offer refunds on your order but we will happily exchange any new, unused and unopened products. 

Do you offer exchange?

Yes we do! You can exchange any new, unopened, unused products. Exchange products must be returned in the same condition you received them in. We are happy to exchange your order within 15 days of the date you received your order. ONLY products you ordered from our website.
